Regional Bank for Development attracts and places funds on its own behalf and on behalf of other banks. Our Treasury Department offers a full range of services: direct lending, securities lending, REPO operations, and interest swaps for major currencies (rubles, dollars, and euros).
We are actively developing out partner network and we have relations with more than 70 banks and financial organizations. We value all our partners and employ an individual approach in our dealings with them. Our staff sees to it that you and your company are offered the partnership form most convenient for you. Our partners may make use of our bills programs, take out credit lines, or work with us on against a securities pledge. Working with us, you can rest assured that our rates always reflect the real market situation.
For your convenience, we carry out transactions using the REUTERS DEALING and DELTA trade systems, or via telephone.
All transactions are carried out on the basis of a General Agreement, and before the agreement can be concluded, potential partners must pass Know Your Client procedures. Know Your Client procedures include a review of charter documents, a review of financial statements for the last six months, and a review of compliance with anit-money laundering and anti-terrorist legislation. These procedures require that potential partners submit to our Treasury Department:
- Financial statement forms 101,102,134, and 135
- Notarized copies of charter documents
- Notarized copy of a Signature and Seal Card
- Copies of Orders appointing those persons with signature rights
- Copies of Bank of Russia letters concerning approval of those signatures indicated in the Signature and Seal Card
- If necessary, copies of Powers of Attorney for those persons with signature rights
- Lending Institution Questionnaire and a Letter concerning fulfillment of all procedures, in compliance with the provisions of Federal Law-115 dd 07.08.2001.
